  • Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders over AED 299.

  • Orders Below AED 299: A standard shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 299.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure the provided delivery address is accurate and complete. Florence Trading FZCO is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
